• Owns client relationships and is accountable for China clients ETPs, data and derivatives sales and client facing and engagement activities;
• Drives the growth of firm’s sales and business strategies
• Drives the ESG initiatives and provide trend ideas to team
• Develops direct and deep relationships with clients to effectively and proactively identify client needs and offer timely solutions;
• Manages firm’s existing client base, providing after-sale services and account management
• Oversees opportunity pipeline and drives effective sales activities by prompting responding to client requests;
• Acts as leader and mentor to supervise, coach, drive and mentor the China Client Coverage team to achieve the assigned targets;
• Collaborates with management to establish metrics to measure client satisfaction and track effectiveness of client engagement activities
• Assists management to define firm’s China clients and sales strategy and drive successful execution and implementation of such strategy.

• 10 years+ of institutional sales and client servicing experience including 3 years in management level;
• Solid experience in managing sales teams in financial institutions;
• Good market insights with creative thoughts on future development of index industry;
• track record of closing top-tier accounts and exceeding sales target
• Ability to set priority subject to resource constraints, and strong project management skills;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
