Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is seeking Data Engineers to support their Fintech team.

Responsibilities:
● Research, propose and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices on data solutions proactively
● Build and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines to provide reliable and organized data products for downstream consumptions (e.g. dashboards, predictive analysis and machine learning applications)
● ETL development in AWS or GCP
● Evaluate and execute data privacy protection and governance using industry best practices and technologies
● Manage data lake architecture. Ensure that data is highly available and reusable for enabling business intelligence, analytics and end users to drive business growth.

Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in data-related development
● Solid experience in data ETL processing or streaming (Cloud Platform)
● Excellent command of SQL
● With experience in Informatica
● Hands on experience in RDBMS(e.g. OracleDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL and cloud data management technology
● Proficiency in Python and at least one static-type programming language (e.g. Java, C++)
● Experience in BI Tools (e.g. tableau, Power BI, RStudio)
● Experience in data warehousing (e.g. Big Query) is a plus
● Knowledge in software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows with experience working in Agile/Scrum team is preferred
