Head of Global ETF Sales
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Global ETF.
Principal responsibilities
- Owns client relationships and is accountable for Global ETF clients, sales, client facing and engagement activities;
- Drives the growth of sales and business strategies, develops direct and deep relationships with clients to effectively and proactively identify client needs and offer timely solutions;
- Manages existing client base, providing after-sale services and account management, monitoring service standards, ensuring the highest possible levels of client satisfaction and creating client solutions;
- Oversees opportunity pipeline and drives effective sales activities by prompting responding to client requests;
- Acts as leader and mentor to supervise, coach, drive and mentor the Global ETF team to achieve the assigned targets;
- Collaborates with Chief Client Management Officer to establish metrics to measure client satisfaction and track effectiveness of client engagement activities conducted by the Client Management team and set performance goals for the Client Management team to follow; and
- Assists Chief Client Management Officer to define Global ETF clients and sales strategy and drive successful execution and implementation of such strategy.
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- Over five years’ sales /business development experience in selling index investment products or financial data products, preferably in the asset manager / asset owner / investment banks previously;
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, high level of communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
- Self-discipline, self-motivated and results-oriented;
- Resilient, curious and with growth mindset;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
