Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking Java and Web Developers to support their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Finance, Compliance, and Credit Risk applications.
• Participate in system implementation projects and ensure proper documentation following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) cycle.
• Provide ongoing application support and maintenance.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably with a major in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, SQL, stored procedures, Oracle DB, JBOSS, Visual Studio, Java, VB.NET, SQL, UNIX, Excel VBA, and job scheduling.
• Solid experience in Java development and web technologies.
• Additional experience in Unix scripting, Macro, Windows batch scripting, and SFTP is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the banking industry, IFRS9, and risk management-related areas is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Native Cantonese speaker preferred.
