Job Description
Our client, a top financial institution, is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst professional to support their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals.
3. Facilitating effective communication and understanding between the business and technology teams.
4. Assisting in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
5. Evaluating stakeholder requests to assess feasibility and compatibility with technological capabilities.
6. Stakeholder management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the technology domain, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with banking systems, financial products, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
