Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is seeking Business Analysts to support their Fintech and Innovation Department team.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them effectively into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with development and QA teams to ensure the system is of high quality and aligned with business requirements and product roadmap
• Drive product management in features design and specifications, provide solutions for enhancement
• Plan, organize and perform User Acceptance Test in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in analysis, design and document of Business, Operating, and Management models
• Experience with issues and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
• Solid knowledge/experience in Agile software development methodologies is a plus
• Independent, flexible with good organizational skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships with stakeholders
• Solid understanding/experience in financial institution or banking operations is an advantage
• Experience in credit card project is a plus
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
