We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Chief Dealer, Interest Rate Trading.

Principal responsibilities

• Handle dealings in IR and FX transactions within designated dealing authority independently and to attain the assigned financial goal;
• Provide competitive pricing of interest rate derivatives, FX and fixed income products to the Bank’s customers; 
• Assist in IR derivatives, FX and fixed income products development and solutions for Bank’s customers;
• Participate in projects and products development;
• Advise and execute investment opportunities and strategies as well as keep abreast of market development and trends;
• Support the Team head in exploring and expanding further business opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline;
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in treasury dealing in IR, FX & Bonds etc.;
• Stable and able to work responsibly in a dynamic environment;
• Strong knowledge of computing skill in Excel and VBA is definitely a plus;
• Creative with strong analytical skill and sensitive to numbers;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
