 Support the Chief Data Officer to establish the governance and quality standards for the Bank’s data management, aimed at strengthening the Bank’s competitiveness and improve customer experience through the use of data assets

 Define data strategy to establish and ensure adherence to Bank’s data governance framework for data policies, standards, governance metrics, processes and data architecture

 Stay ahead of data governance best practices and identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use of data assets to achieve efficiency

 Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and requirements to create a best-in-class data and analytic capability that enable identification of new products and market opportunities to drive innovation

 Develop an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap to effectively handle data company-wide, aimed at achieving improved internal processes leading to effective cost efficiency and management  Manage business relationship with concerned external parties, advocate collaborations with various internal functions and departments to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined

 Coach and develop team members; manage staff performance and turnover Requirements: University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or in relevant disciplines; Minimum 10 years working experience of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/or Fintech related industries with the following attributes:

 Experience in establishing and monitoring of data governance framework

 Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices

 Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues

 Sound understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape, processes and design principles

 In-depth knowledge on business and operation models of Banking, with thorough understanding on the local regulatory environment

 Advanced analytical skills, be able to visualize opportunities, issues from data

 Acute communicator with proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders

 Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills

 Proven people management experience Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
