Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking Desktop Deployment Engineer to support their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure the desktop & endpoint configuration standard compliance in the Bank
• Assist Technical Services Manager for project management on projects related to Deskside rollout and new solution implementation
• Support execution of security patch installation and software update
• Provide support for troubleshooting of Windows 10 technical issue.
• Handle workstation vulnerability scanning and follow up action
• Respond and handle security agents like Anti-virus, EDR, SOC
• Prepare regular report on KRI, DLP, etc.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in support Microsoft Windows desktop platform, with experience in banking and financial institute preferred
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in patch management system such as SCCM or WSUS or relevant system
• Experience on using PowerShell scripting or batch.
• Certification holder of related Microsoft and ITIL qualification will be an added advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
