Digital Product Manager- Analytics
• Develop optimization strategy of all digital campaigns based on actionable insight drawn from digital analytics to maximize business results;
• Liaise with Marketing and Digital Campaign Management and Content teams, to continuously optimize and improve digital targeting tactics through a closed-loop metrics driven process including click through rate and ETE conversion of target groups vs. control
• As part of the team be responsible to deliver digital product penetration and sales target by coordinating digital optimization activities across all products and digital platforms with the team and stakeholders;
• Applying data, metrics and test results from customer reactions to tailor-made offer management platform design, content and customer interactions to improve customer response thus business conversion
• Work closely with digital platform and product team and IT to deliver new functions / capability enhancement to the digital offer management platform.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to banking and financial sector
• Solid experience with web or/and in app campaigns optimization and experience with any of the optimization tools would be advantageous e.g. Adobe Target
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker or other web analytics tool
• Experience with AB Testing / Multivariate Testing solutions / customized targeting / re-targeting campaign design
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
