Assistant Digital Product Manager – Public Website and Mobile

Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to support some exciting Public Website and Mobile projects.

Principal responsibilities:
• Drive and meet digital KPIs through planning and executing of strategic plans
• Lead / coordinate the implementation of key digital initiatives including digital product, servicing or platform projects to explore new business opportunities
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies from content and technical perspectives
• Initiate website optimization ideas to enhance digital journey and engagement to ensure delivery of excellent customer experience for achieving ambitious growth in digital traffic and usage
• Identify insights and actions through market research and analyzing site performance
• Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business users, technical teams, legal, compliance and external vendors to design and deliver quality services and customer engagement in digital channels

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of two years’ experience in digital or project or product management and implementation, with hands-on experience in SEO and content strategy would be a plus
• Energetic and excited about web and mobile technologies and bring digital ideas to real life
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with knowledge on Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console would be a plus
• Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and drive for excellence
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
