Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a Digital programme manager/ Agile lead to support some firmwide exciting digital initiatives.

Job Duties:
-Lead a team for the development and delivery of projects for Digital /Mobile applications
-Responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
-Influence and interact with senior management, business units, and stakeholders across all levels of the organization to remove impediments in agile transformation and adoption
-Ensure agile governance in place, with good sense of agile initiatives strategic planning and execution
-Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project
-Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
-Produce effective progress reports for assigned projects to keep management appraised of project status, major risks and issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievement or misses
-Facilitate and chair regular project meetings and follow-up with project team members as required to focus on business and operational issues or technical issues, documenting, assigning and monitoring all project issues to ensure clearance with minimal impact to project progress
-Ensure business requirements are met or exceeded, on time and within budget in line with business targets
-Manage project budget, ensure that costs are controlled, tracked and accurate effort and expenditure figures are provided to Finance & Planning ;Ensure business requirements are met or exceeded, on time and within budget in line with business targets

Requirements:

.Knowledge of agile framework and methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, related practices and disciplines.
.Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, problem solving and team building skills
. Extensive working experience in project implementation / organizational change management, with solid experience in scrum master / agile coach domain
.Experience in medium to large scale transformation project / process optimization / organizational excellence is advantage
.The successful candidate should have the track record on managing agile projects, transformation programme and change management initiatives
.Pleasant and outgoing character, with ability to work under pressure
.Proactive manner and excellent communication skills are required
.Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua
.Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
