Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Guide the architectural design for whole Technology function, developing target vision, roadmaps and ensuring core principles of API first, cloud based services and integrated DevOps mindset and development practices
• Coaching and developing the solutions architects as well as build and manage an architecture community and effective alignments between domain architects
• Develop, and deploy alignment processes, fostering collaboration among architects
• Perform regular architectural maturity assessments and ensure that architectural governance is a fair, consistent and transparent process
• Develop and communicate enterprise technology standards and policies
• Review new and existing program/project architecture for compliance with IT standards, policies and architectural plans
• Understand and integrate architectural process with Agile development methods
• Gain organizational commitment for enterprise level architecture and infrastructure initiatives
• Provide architectural direction to Domain Leads and Product Area Leads
• Develop architectural metrics and formats for the executive team, business and IT management
• Competitive salary in range of over HKD 1.5mm+ (depending on experience)

Minimum Job Requirements:
• You are required to obtain relevant license(s) if your job involves in regulated activities
• Bachelor degree in information technology or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
• Skilled people manager of program managers and teams with experience in strength-based feedback, OKR based individual development
• Proven track record in recruiting and identifying strong enterprise architecture talent
• Evaluation and coaching of Enterprise Architects throughout their career
• Deep knowledge in architecture principles and design incl.  Experience in API first design and public cloud migration
• Architecture views and Viewpoint design, Building block design, Services Design, Solution Modelling and Systems Behavior & Integration
• Experience in designing integrating, deploying and monitoring complex technology systems involving multiple applications globally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English

The Architecture Lead uses his/her knowledge and experience to guide architects to minimize risk, manage cost, build capability and align the technology mission with the business. The Architecture Lead is a hands-on team member who actively coaches the team to solve complex problems.
