Principal responsibilities

  • Report to Head of Institutional & Wealth Solution and lead FI Sales to achieve satisfactory result in terms of bank’s profitability and AOP, identify new business leads and track business relationships;
  • Onboard new clients and widen client base, focusing on FI/NBFI segment, including FIs and NBFIs of Funds, Insurance and Pensions; and service a portfolio of Strategic clients for supporting several focus products and strategic plans;
  • Assist in uplifting the Bank’s capacity of Repo business;
  • Market CD / ESG bonds to achieve strategic objectives;
  • Support DCMO team to distribute the PP or bonds and facilitate the distribution to retail and corporate segments;
  • Support new initiatives of Equity financing and Equity derivatives offering to NBFI clients;
  • Maintain business relationships with clients in assigned area of responsibilities;
  • Maintain complete records of client orders and execution;
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and other product groups to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the Bank;
  • Supervise all activities conducted by the FI sales team, oversight of sale policy and controls and ensure the operations are in compliance with rules and regulations;
  • Support Head of Treasury Solution in exploring and expanding further business opportunities and new initiatives;
  • Cultivate good team work and enhance the professionalism of the team
