Principal responsibilities

• Lead the Sustainability Solutions team within the Sustainable and Emerging Business team;
• Extensive experience in the area of Sustainability investment and/or ESG business;
• Drive new revenue streams for the firm in the area of Sustainability/ESG related business;
• Formulate business plan and project management to implement the new business initiatives;
• Formulate solutions to clients based on market environment and clients’ needs;
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of key market and competitor intelligence;
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as research, product and client coverage and drive the new product development;  
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/finance related disciplines, Master degree preferred;
• Over 10 years’ experience in financial/investment industry;
• Deep knowledge of index business, ESG data, ESG trend, ESG/Sustainability investing etc.;
• High-level of communication, interpersonal and problem solving and project management skills;
• Proficiency in excel and financial applications such as Factset or Bloomberg preferred;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
