Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a IT Agile Coach to support their technology team.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams and management to enhance agile/lean practices, release planning, Agile ceremonies, Kanban, test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
• Coach specific Agile team to uplift Agile practice in the team or address painpoint in the teams
• As part of Agile CoE, self-driven to come up activities to help drive organizational transformation in Agile, including metrics to measure the activity success
• Support Agile CoE lead to present activities and progress to Guild and Tribe
• Perform regular training to new joiners of the company
• Coach Agile Champions and groom them into future internal trainers

Requirements:

• 10 years+ software development experience with 5 years+ on agile coaching
• Have enterprisre coaching track records or organization agile transformation experience
• Experience of delivering Agile methodology and framework (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) training
• Have one or more certifications, e.g.: CSM, CSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, ICE-AC, etc.
• Experience of banking/finance is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• High level of credibility with executives and business partners; demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive to results
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
