Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking an Support Engineer – Portfolio Management to support their infrastructure team:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the projects portfolio on infrastructure prospectus
• Engage into infrastructure manpower and resource plan, skill acquisition plan and project lifecycle management.
• Monitor department people resources utilization and maintain 18- month forecast of resources utilization
• Project manage of assigned projects to meet Quality, Time and Costs targets
• Experience in Cloud and middleware support will be an advantage
• Assists procurement and asset management
• Provide support during non-office hour whenever needed
• Assists and executes assigned tasks in projects to ensure company projects meet the agreed schedule
• Contribute to operational efficiency by transforming manual operation into IaC automation

Minimum job requirements:

Education & Experience
• Degree in IT related discipline with 7-10 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education & related experience.

• Portfolio / project management skill
• Security and compliance awareness
• Understand cloud IaaS and PaaS
• Effective problems solving ability
• Work independent and self-starter is highly appreciated
