Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is seeking an engineer to support their infrastructure team:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being SME to maintain and support tools such as Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, and Dynatrace
• Support management software and tools including installation, administration, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Reconcile data from various tools and prepare reports/dashboards
• Verify and rectify system configuration by security and management reports to meet compliance requirements
• Execute patch installation
• Assist procurement and asset management
• Execute annual BCP / DR drill
• Conduct regular middleware health check and monitoring to ensure critical facilities and systems are working in optimum condition and at high availability
• Work as second tier support and coordinate with vendors on system maintenance
• Provide support during non-office hour whenever needed
• Execute project tasks within agreed schedule
• Improve operational efficiency with IaC automation

Minimum job requirements:

Education & Experience
• Degree/ Diploma in IT with 7 years of related experience

Specific Skills
• Good technical skill in Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, and Dynatrace
• Hands on support skill in Cloud services will be an advantage
• Data engineer experience will also be considered
• Effective problem solving ability
• Work independent and self-starter
