  • Technical support on IT infrastructure and software
  • Provide ongoing systems maintenance and administration, including network, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, IP-phone, Backup etc.
  • Provide high-standard IT service to internal users
  • Laptop / Desktop formatting & operating system installation and deployment.
  • Mobile troubleshooting, iOS, Blackberry
  • Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and asset management
  • Work with local vendors to deliver support and services
  • Assist in upcoming IT projects
  • Assist in meetings’ AV systems setup and support


  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in IT support, at least 3 years in financial sector
  • Work experience in buy-side firms or service integrator companies is a great advantage
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Windows, remote access, Active Directory, MS365 Exchange, Lync and voice/video support
  • Working knowledge of basic server administration support
  • Working knowledge of mobile device management GOOD
  • Basic skills in network support
  • Must be fluent Cantonese
