Job Description

Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a an IT PMO officer/ Analyst to support some exiciting digital projects.

Job Duties:
-Support various types of strategic projects including system enhancement, business planning, process reengineering, etc.
-Coordinate with key stakeholders and sponsors for project meetings, updates and follow ups
-Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
-Work closely with business users, IT and external vendors to ensure delivery of effective solutions.
-Work with Project Managers to formulate project plan, budget control, schedules, reporting and contract management.
– Develop and implement strategy for the control and tracking of project related items including issues, assumptions, dependencies and associated costs and resources.
– Develop a strategy for and provide communications of project, including documentation, meeting minutes and presentations.

-3-5 yrs min experience in technology project management, administration and PMO function.
– Experience in project policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management.
– Industry experience in the banking sector.
– Good project financial and budget management.
– Exceptional Communications skills in English and Cantonese.
