Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote talent consultancy service to various banks, financial institutions and insurance clients
  • Assist with business renewal documentations and offshore business related documents
  • Manage the customer relationship to ensure overall satisfaction, serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and building long term relationships
  • Work closely with customers to identity business opportunities, with a clear target to expand service portfolio and uplift customer experience
  • Prepare customer contract, agreement and related documents
  • In-house permenant recruitment hire for technology industry

Requirements:

  • Business development experience in service industry
  • Customer oriented with strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to engage with senior management
  • Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Ability to work under stress
  • 3 years experience in IT consulting / account management/project management / service delivery preferred
  • Preference given to degree holder in Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • Excellent for both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
