Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a Technology Innovation Solution Manager to support their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with fintech communities (e.g. Cyberport, Science Park and ASTRI) and conduct research to discover and validate innovative technologies that enhance banking services as well as customer relations
• Collaborating with solution vendors, internal IT resources and business stakeholders to conduct cost and benefit analysis as well as risks of adopting the innovative solutions
• Define the high level solution architecture of innovation solutions with consideration of bank architecture
• Responsible for PoC, development, implementation and maintenance of innovation solutions

Requirements:

• Experiences in technology research, study, innovation and exploitation is preferred
• Proficient in technology discovery, application and implementation
• Ability to master new technologies quickly and evaluate their effectiveness
• Presentable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, independent with excellent decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
