Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking a Windows Server Specialist to support their technology team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To perform system analysis functions – develop and maintain the Bank’s Workflow systems according to standard of the department
  • To conduct user requirement study, feasibility study, system design, technical tests
  • To prepare and update SDLC documentation
  • To assist in the evaluation of software and hardware products
  • To ensure the quality and availability of production application systems
  • To lead, plan and monitor a development team
  • To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators; and
  • To adhere all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Preferable over 6 years’ experience in system development;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in system analysis;
  • Experience in Workflow tools/ BPM software, for example K2, InfoImage, Oracle BPM, etc;
  • Experience in APIs development, MSSQL, Visual Basic, .NET, HTML, MS-DOS, MS Office etc;
  • Experience in Windows OS and applications, Windows Server, TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN infrastructure, IIS server administration, MQ Series is an advantage;
  • Experience in front-to-back and/or straight-through banking processes is preferred;
  • Experience in communicating with off-shore development (mainland China) and fluency in Mandarin are preferred;
  • Good analysis, problem solving and technical writing skills;
  • Banking experience is definitely an advantage.
